Tokai Rika Quality Safety System
Prototyped and designed products using Solidworks, aimed to optimize cost and space efficiency by process refinement, and iterating with user feedback, resulted in enhanced functionality and efficiency.
Redesigned inventory warehouse operations using the lean production system (LPS) and systems thinking, improved inventory flow and space management by over 60%.
Organized inventory data using Excel, implemented filters options and formulas to improve usability and accessibility, significantly reduced data retrieval time.
UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO CEE
Led the migration of Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) websites, created AODA-compliant designs with modern interfaces and refined content, guaranteed user relevance.
Designed student facing websites using Confluence, WCMS 3, enhanced UX/UI maintained consistency with brand guidelines resulting in more interactive and valuable resources for the students.
Engaged with a user base of 40,000 continuously refined designs through user feedback and data-driven iterations to elevate student usability and user experience.
Martinrea Internatinal Inc.
Designed intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma to streamline automotive manufacturing processes, using advanced software and modern designs to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
Conducted in-depth usability testing and user research with engineers, operators, and other direct stakeholders to assess functionality, adaptability, and user satisfaction.

Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR)
Redesigned the OCREB (Ontario Cancer Research Ethics Board) official website using Figma and WordPress, independently leading the project from concept to deployment to deliver a modern, visually cohesive, and user-centered interface aligned with AODA accessibility standards.
Translated user requirements into structured wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, improving site navigation, content clarity, and usability for researchers, ethics board members, and applicants.
Supported data analytics initiatives by developing Power BI dashboards, constructing complex Excel formulas to generate automated reports and enhancing data visibility.
